Exchange
For items available on campus, we can exchange unworn, brand-new items with tags attached if an exchange in size is needed. You can also exchange items if there are any manufacturer defects directly with our vendor.

Returns
All Sales Final
Due to the custom nature of on-demand customized products, all sales are otherwise final. If you received a damaged product, please reach out to Susan Augustine (School Spirit Products) within 5 business days upon receiving your order to return or exchange the damaged item(s). You may opt for a refund, store credit, or request a replacement. Thank you!
