Welcome to CougarSpiritStore.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and the purchase of products from Cougar Spirit Store (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Site:

  • All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Custom items may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of defects or fulfillment errors.

4. Custom Merchandise

Many of our products are made-to-order with custom school branding. Please carefully review all customizations before submitting your order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for customer errors on personalized merchandise unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer standard shipping options as displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on fulfillment and carrier timelines.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged. If defective or damaged, customer has a 14-day window to contact the merchandise provider to initiate action.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at spiritstore@almadencountryday.org with your order number and reason for return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, product designs, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Almaden Country Day School or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
