Cougar Spirit Store Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping the Cougar Spirit Store! Below are some important shipping and order processing details that you may find helpful.

• Shipping Destinations
  • We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.
• Order Fulfillment Timelines
  • Available products that are in stock on the Almaden Country Day School campus are typically filled and ready within 24 hours after the order is received, excluding weekends, state and federal holidays, and school breaks.
  • All other products are customized on demand and follow this processing and shipping timeline:
    • Printed Products: From order placement to delivery, up to 15 business days.
    • Embroidered Products: From order placement to delivery, up to 21 business days.
    • Note: Some premium brands, such as North Face, require a review period before the product is released for customization.
• Carrier Information
  • Our vendor will choose either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground as their shipping method, depending on the package dimensions and weight. 
• Shipping Costs
  • As a service to our families, our vendor offers free shipping for all orders totaling $60 or more before tax, which will be automatically applied in the cart. 
  • The shipping costs for all orders totaling under $60 will be calculated based on weight in the cart.
• Order Tracking
  • Customers will receive various communications once an order is placed, including order confirmation, pick-up information if applicable, and tracking details once it is available. 
• Holiday or Peak Season Adjustments
  • As a premier provider of school spirit merch, School Spirit Products experiences high volume during key months of the year. Please note that order lead times can be impacted during these peak periods:
    • August and September
    • November and December
